When the Washington Capitals’ Brooks Laich or Jeff Schultz knocks one of his teeth loose — whether crooked or fully out onto a National Hockey League rink — Dr. Casagrande skates in for the fix. He has treated more Invisalign patients than any other doctor in his area, and his practice recently expanded to offer an adults-only reception area.
The iTero 3D Intraoral Digital Scanner. “It shortens treatment time because you get a better representation of the mouth, so you get a better fit for the Invisalign,” he says. His average treatment time for an adult Invisalign patient is now 12 to 15 months, down from 18 to 24 months.
Patient interaction. “People are happy in our office,” Dr. Casagrande says.
“People come in all the time and say this is the Nordstrom of orthodontics. I’m not sure about that, but it’s very nice.”
