“If you want to focus on growing your practice, focus on your team. The customer service your team provide and how they interact with patients is more important than you may realize. Excellence in clinical skills and chairside manner will never be enough to overcome poor customer service.”
Favorite Aspect of Dentistry:
“De-bonds! This is especially fun on adult patients who have always been self-conscious because of their smiles. To see tears of joy from patients when they look in the mirror and are shocked to see the smile they’ve always wanted is an indescribable feeling.”
