Dr. Mehr was an accomplished dentist for nearly a decade in Iran and the broader Middle East before she moved to the U.S. in 2010. After she completed her certificate and residency at the University of Iowa, she spent two years practicing in rural Illinois, treating an underserved population. She’s also a faculty member at Advocate Illinois Masonic’s dental-residency program.
