Why She Was Nominated:
Dr. Kennedy has an extensive history of research and published journals. Exciting New Trend:
“We can now use chairside screening machines to analyze a patient’s saliva in real time. This enables us to detect an environmental change in a patient’s mouth before disease is present and allows us to identify risk factors and prevent disease more effectively, and before any damage to healthy oral tissue occurs.”
Something People Don’t Know:
“I love snail mail! My grandmother and I used to write each other every few weeks, and I fell in love with handwritten cards. To this day I have a pen pal and love to keep in touch with friends through snail mail.”
