Having graduated among the top 4 percent of students in his class at Berkeley, Dr. Alkholeidi was accepted to the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He has received the Edgar J. Jacques Memorial Award in Oral Surgery as well as Academy of Operative Dentistry and Delta Dental Student Leadership Awards. After graduation and starting his own office, Dr. Alkholeidi helped establish Mercy Dental Clinic in Webster, Texas—a low- to no-cost clinic for the uninsured and underinsured.

Something People Don’t Know: “My oldest daughter, Rwan, was born during my second week of dental school, and my wife, Amani, was accepted to the hygiene program during my third year of dental school. I graduated with my DDS, Amani with her BDH—and Rwan earned the walk at our ceremony for coping with both of us. The three of us walked on the graduation stage wearing our caps and gowns.”
