Scola Family Dentistry
General dentistry
DDS, Indiana University School of Dentistry
For her personality and her traditional approach to dentistry. “I’m often told I have a great chairside manner and am at ease with my patients — I put their needs first, no matter what.” Dr. Scola bought her practice nearly two years ago, so she wears both “dentist” and “boss” hats every day. (To say nothing of her “Mom” hat; she has four kids.)
Her father, who practiced dentistry in Indiana for 35 years.
“My approach to dentistry is ‘classic care with tomorrow’s technology,’ ” Dr. Scola says. “So many people these days feel like they’re being oversold and are unsure that they can trust their dentist. When they come to my office, I want them to feel
at home.”
Dr. Scola drives a red 1965 Mustang Fastback, which her patients love.
