DDS, University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio
Beginning at age 5, Dr. Flippen spent his childhood at Still Creek, a ranch in Bryan, Texas, for boys and girls in crisis of one kind or another. There, he trained horses and learned the value of a hard day’s work. His faith in God and desire to succeed propelled him to today, a husband and father of four and owner of his practice. He credits his success to positive influences and commitment despite humble beginnings.
“Learn more business aspects to run a practice. There’s never a better time than the present. Work for yourself.”
“Be ‘Flippen awesome!’ I strive to have a wonderful team and give people the best experience we can offer. We treat them as people first, and then their wants and needs. We don’t [see] them as just a transaction. Build up relationships, then make sure your work stands up to match those connections.”
“I’m a black belt in taekwondo and am currently getting my black belt in karate.”
