A+ Family Dentistry is truly a family practice, with Janice, Justine, and Justene’s husband all working under one roof. The Doan sisters, who grew up in Vietnam, have been part of the San Diego community since Justene started the practice in 2001.

Biggest Challenge

Balancing work and family time. “My son, Jake, turned 1 in June,” Janice says. “I struggled last year to spend time with him because of being at work and taking care of my patients.”

Something People Don't Know

The Doan sisters are a musical duo: Growing up, Justene dreamed of becoming a DJ. As for Janice? “I love to sing,” she says, “but I can’t sing at all!”
