In the 11 years Dr. Carson has been practicing, he has organized his priorities around three principles: team, passion and knowledge. “These three ingredients are interlocked,” he says, “each feeding and drawing energy from the others.”

Favorite Part of the Profession

Seeing satisfaction on patients’ faces and building relationships with his mentors and those he has mentored. “There’s always more to learn,” he says, “and spending time with others who are passionate about what they do is truly awesome.”
