Designing from nothing but a concrete shell on the street level of a brand new residential development in Millbrae, California, Dr. Niki Fallah chose every detail of the office design herself — from the cabinet handles and counter tops, to flooring and paint colors. Mushroom stools for the center area of the open bay, a wall of butterflies in Dr. Fallah’s personal office and photo murals of poppies and lilies for the waiting room and treatment area incorporate timeless natural beauty into the theme.
